About Audonia
Why Audonia
I built Audonia after taking Ear Training at the Juilliard Extension. I couldn't find an app for harmonic dictations built the way we did them in class: real musical phrases, good voice leading, and common-practice functional harmony.
I'd spent ten years as a software engineer at Google, so I decided to build the app myself.
In Audonia, every progression has a proper cadence, the voices don't cross, and there are no parallel fifths or octaves.
